Namaste! Time to get bendy and relieve stress.
In Flow Yoga, teachers lead classes that flow from one pose to the next without stopping to talk about the finer points of each pose. That way, students come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience. Flow yoga is influenced by ashtanga yoga.
Open to yogis of all levels! Whether you are just getting acquainted with downward dog or you have that toe stand nailed, everyone will be challenged at the appropriate level.
Current UBC graduate students get a 22% discount for less than $5 per session!
*This class must have a minimum of 15 participants to run.
*Please bring your own mat.
