Around this time of the year, the UBC campus is always covered by a cloud of stress and nervousness, not because of mid-terms and papers, but because of the elections at major student governments. This is no exception for the graduate student community with eight candidates having their eyes set on five* executive and senator positions available at the Graduate Student Society.

From February 29 to March 4, 2016, graduate students of UBC Vancouver cast their votes online and determined who will represent and advocate for them in the academic year 2016/17.

Without further delay, may we have the drum roll, please…
