As we approach the halfway mark of the term, I would like to acknowledge and praise everyone’s diligent efforts in their studies, research and extra-curricular activities. The intensity of classes and the seasonal changes in weather could sometimes make this time of year a little more challenging than others.

Students: Student Health & Wellness has a range of helpful resources to support your personal well-being, including stress and study management, mental and physical health, financial distress and other self-help resources.
Staff and faculty: UBC Wellbeing is a great starting point to access tools and resources to promote your personal health and well-being, and that of your students.
