Nominations are accepted until January 18, 2017, 5 pm
The GSS VP Students will take an academic leave from January 20 – May 15, 2017, and an interim position is available to fill the responsibilities during her leave. This is a paid position with transition training for the first and last week of this time period.
In essence, the GSS VP Students will:
- Work closely with affiliate organizations
- Help plan and facilitate GSS events and programming
- Oversee the GSS Event Fund
- Work closely with the GSS Services Committee, Student Executive, and GSS Council

- Send a 250-word statement to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 18, 5 pm
- Deliver a one-minute presentation at the next council meeting (January 19, 5:30 pm)
The interim position shall be appointed by council vote.
