Join UBC Centre for the Study of Democratic Institutions for a special talk by Jeff Rubin on oil and the Canadian election. Moderated by Jennifer Allan, PhD Candidate in the Department of Political Science.

Jeff Rubin is one of the world’s leading energy experts. He accurately predicted rising oil prices back in 2000 and has compelling forecasts for the future of Canada in his book, The Carbon Bubble: What Happens to Us When It Bursts.
