To improve our booking services for students the GSS is currently
looking to hire booking coordinators. If you are interested in helping
other students setting up their events in the Thea Koerner House this
would be a great opportunity for you.

Job duties include:
Ø  Oversee functioning of events in the building.
Ø  Report equipment problems where applicable, audio equipment,
batteries low on stock and other operational inventory such as linen
stock.
Ø  Reporting to the office 5 minutes prior to shift start time.
Ø  Setting up rooms for events
Ø  Clearing rooms after events.
Ø  Proper opening and closing of rooms, securing building or opening building.
Ø  Dressing accordingly for the shift you are working.
Ø  Attend all staff meetings when summoned.
Ø  Write a completed summary of events leading up to, during and after
an emergency call.
Ø  Maintain interdepartmental communication through email or phone.
Ø  Provide feedback when requested to the GSS on GSS related issues.
Ø  Use radios (provided) for communication with clients; ensure return
of device after use to charging bays.
Ø  Confirm your schedule within 2 business days of receiving it.
Ø  Keep an up to date email address for contact information.
Ø  Other tasks as assigned by the department head
