Classes take place on Tuesdays starting on October 6th until December 8th.
The series will focus on a continuous flow of movement linked with breath to move focus into the present moment! Classes will offer a mixture of meditation, dynamic movement along with breath-work to bring about a greater sense of awareness and balance. All levels including beginners are welcome and modifications will be offered to encourage inclusive participation. Enjoy, learn and gain insight into some helpful tools for self-care and stress-management beyond the series.
