Join us for a Bootcamp that will boost your athletic performance by providing a full-body functional fitness workout!

Prachi is a fourth-year International Relations major who has pursued her passion for fitness by becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Prachi first got introduced to weightlifting when she was a competitive track athlete, and quickly fell in love with the gym and more specifically, strength training. Prachi believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their body and hopes to deliver a workout that makes you feel good from the inside out!

This Bootcamp will boost your athletic performance by providing a full-body functional fitness workout. Prachi will switch up the routine every class to provide you with a variety of functional strength training, core work, agility, and cardio endurance drills that are sure to get you sweating!
