GSS Orientation 2022 – GSS Goes Bowling

Join fellow graduate students in this fun Bowling Night in the heart of Commercial Drive!

Play bowling in style, and with good company. Meet fellow graduate students at this fun Bowling Night!

We have reserved lanes in the upper floor at Grandview Lanes, Vancouver’s staple bowling alley for the past 70 years, for this Glow-In-The-Dark bowling experience, exclusively for UBC graduate students!

Grandview Lanes is located in the heart of Commercial Drive (just a five-minute walk from the Commercial-Broadway Skytrain).

• Shoes will be provided at the entrance
• Each lane takes up to 6 people
• Please arrive 10 minutes early (5:50pm) to get your bowling shoes!

Notes:

• Lanes are open for 2 hours and start when the first game starts. Be there on time if you would like to play for the whole event!
• Non-Grad Students are defined as UBC staff or faculty and partners/spouses of UBC Graduate Students
• If you request a refund, the Eventbrite fee portion is non-refundable
