Namaste! Time to get bendy and relieve stress.
In this Hatha yoga class, postures are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends and forward folds.
Open to yogis of all levels! Whether you are just getting acquainted with downward dog or you have that toe stand nailed, everyone will be challenged at the appropriate level.

*This class must have a minimum of 15 participants to run.
*Please bring your own mat.
