Give yourself a little self love and destress from the hectic academic demands with our 10-week virtual flow yoga series!

The series will focus on a continuous flow of movement linked with breath to move focus into the present moment! Classes will offer a mixture of meditation, dynamic movement along with breath-work to bring about a greater sense of awareness and balance. Enjoy, learn and gain insight into some helpful tools for self-care and stress-management beyond the series.
All levels including beginners are welcome, and modifications will be offered to encourage inclusive participation.
This class is offered in collaboration with UBC Athletics and Recreation.
