Beginner French is a great opportunity to learn basic comprehension, communication and writing skills. The class is tailored to fit the interests, levels and needs of graduate students enrolled. Students will have the chance to partake in activities that reinforce vocabulary and grammatical structures as well as cultural understandings of the francophone world. By the end of the course, students will be able to introduce themselves, ask questions, talk about their likes and dislikes and speak in present tense and future tense. Emphasis will be on oral expression. In addition, students will be given authentic materials and resources to further develop their French language skills.
