2023 AGM – Graduate Student Society

The AGM is the Graduate Student Society’s Annual General Meeting. All graduate students at UBC Vancouver are members of the Graduate Student Society and the AGM is an opportunity to make important collective decisions for the society and to hear about the Society’s work in the past year. We will discuss the past year’s activities, finances, and plans for the upcoming year.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 16th at 5:00 pm, with both in-person and virtual attendance options available. For those who prefer to attend in person, the meeting will be held at the GSS Loft-4th floor of AMS Nest. Please bring your UBC card and arrive 15 minutes early if you are attending in person. For those who are unable to attend in person, we will provide a virtual option via Zoom.

We will be giving out multiple gift cards to lucky participants who attend the meeting, whether in person or virtually. These gift cards will be a great reward for your time and effort in contributing to the meeting and making your voice heard.
