UBC REC is collaborating with the GSS to offer a 6-week Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact exercise designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture! This course is open to students of all levels.
Date: Tuesdays, October 28th to December 9th - NO CLASS NOVEMBER 11 (6 sessions)
